Debido a la naturaleza de los cigarrillos electr\u00f3nicos y a las estrictas normas de higiene, nuestra pol\u00edtica de devoluciones y reembolsos est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada para proteger a todos nuestros clientes B2B y B2C. Por favor, lea atentamente las siguientes condiciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Condiciones de devoluci\u00f3n (productos sin abrir)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tiene derecho a devolver los productos sin abrir y sin usar en un plazo de 7 d\u00edas a partir de la recepci\u00f3n del pedido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El producto debe estar en su embalaje original sellado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El precinto higi\u00e9nico debe estar 100% intacto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cualquier producto que muestre signos de apertura, manipulaci\u00f3n o uso ser\u00e1 estrictamente rechazado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Productos defectuosos (Dead on Arrival - DOA)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Respaldamos la calidad de nuestras marcas. Si recibe un dispositivo defectuoso (por ejemplo, que se dispare autom\u00e1ticamente, que falle la bater\u00eda o que gotee al abrirlo), debe informar de ello en un plazo de 7 d\u00edas a partir de la entrega.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Para clientes minoristas B2C: Proporcione un v\u00eddeo o una foto clara que demuestre el defecto, junto con su n\u00famero de pedido.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para clientes mayoristas B2B: Por favor, consolide sus reclamaciones DOA. Env\u00ede una lista detallada con los n\u00fameros de lote y una prueba visual en un plazo de 7 d\u00edas desde la recepci\u00f3n del env\u00edo masivo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nota: El sabor a quemado debido a un uso inadecuado o al vapeo en cadena no se considera un defecto de fabricaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Art\u00edculos no retornables<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Por motivos de salud y seguridad, los siguientes art\u00edculos no pueden devolverse ni reembolsarse bajo ninguna circunstancia una vez enviados:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vapes desechables abiertos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pods, cartuchos o bobinas usados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>E-l\u00edquidos abiertos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Productos adquiridos en rebajas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. C\u00f3mo iniciar una devoluci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para iniciar el proceso de devoluci\u00f3n, siga estos pasos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>P\u00f3ngase en contacto con nuestro equipo de asistencia a trav\u00e9s de su direcci\u00f3n de correo electr\u00f3nico con su ID de pedido.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proporcione una breve explicaci\u00f3n y adjunte fotos o v\u00eddeos claros si reclama un defecto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Espere nuestra confirmaci\u00f3n de Autorizaci\u00f3n de Devoluci\u00f3n de Mercanc\u00eda (RMA).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Env\u00ede el paquete a la direcci\u00f3n de nuestro almac\u00e9n indicada en el correo electr\u00f3nico de RMA.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Gastos de env\u00edo para devoluciones<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Remordimiento del cliente: Si devuelve un producto sin abrir porque ha cambiado de opini\u00f3n, usted es responsable de todos los gastos de env\u00edo de la devoluci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Art\u00edculos defectuosos\/incorrectos: Si la devoluci\u00f3n se debe a un error nuestro o a un defecto de fabricaci\u00f3n, cubriremos los gastos de env\u00edo de la devoluci\u00f3n o emitiremos un reembolso\/reemplazo directo sin requerir una devoluci\u00f3n f\u00edsica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Tramitaci\u00f3n de reembolsos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez recibido e inspeccionado el art\u00edculo devuelto, le notificaremos la aprobaci\u00f3n o denegaci\u00f3n del reembolso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Los reembolsos aprobados se procesan autom\u00e1ticamente a su m\u00e9todo original de pago.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Por favor, espere de 5 a 14 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles para que los fondos aparezcan en su cuenta, dependiendo de su banco o proveedor de tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Paquetes perdidos o da\u00f1ados<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si el paquete llega da\u00f1ado por el servicio de mensajer\u00eda o si faltan art\u00edculos en el pedido, debe ponerse en contacto con nosotros en un plazo de 48 horas a partir de la fecha de entrega.
